Ms. Francia has worked as a paralegal primarily in the area of employment litigation since completing the Paralegal Training Program. She gained most of her practical experience in providing assistance to trial counsel in a very active civil litigation practice specializing in cases involving sexual harassment, racial, disability and age discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, and whistleblower matters. She has considerable understanding of trial requirements to offer superior support in preparing cases for trial. In addition, Ms. Francia has extensive knowledge of civil procedural rules relating to motion practice and discovery, and is also fairly familiar with appellate procedural rules which serves as a foundation for providing excellent assistance to attorneys.
