Diana Wang Wells

Diana is a seasoned litigator who loves advocating for her clients and seeing them vindicated. She handles cases in every stage of litigation, and has tried eight cases to verdict with Greg. Before joining the office, Diana served as a federal judicial law clerk for more than two years.

Diana graduated from the UCLA School of Law, where she was in the David J. Epstein Public Interest Law and Policy Program. Before law school, Diana worked for the U.S. Congressional-Executive Commission on China, which monitors human rights and rule of law in China for Congress and the Executive Branch of the federal government. She speaks and reads Mandarin Chinese.

Diana was voted by her peers as a Southern California Rising Star in 2020 and 2021. In a 2022 order awarding attorney’s fees to Greg and Diana in the Joaquin v. City of Los Angeles case, Judge Kristin S. Escalante described Diana as “an extremely able lawyer with superior analytical skills” who “litigated [the Joaquin matter] with admirable efficiency.”
